Tenant screening is available on the Enterprise plan. It integrates with TransUnion SmartMove to provide credit reports, criminal background checks, and eviction history. The applicant enters their own information on SmartMove's secure site — you never handle their SSN. Results are encrypted and stored in your renter's profile with full audit logging.

Yes. Starter allows 2 users, Professional allows 5, and Enterprise has unlimited users. Each user gets their own login with role-based permissions (Admin, Manager, or Viewer). All users within a company share the same data.

After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days to allow you to export or reactivate. After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time by contacting support.
